Welcome back to Hourless Life where we are driving around the world.

Join us on the adventure of a lifetime as our American family of three embarks on a global overland journey in our Jeep Gladiator. After conquering the towering heights of the Andes Mountains, including an exhilarating night of camping at a staggering 13,000 feet, we've descended to the dusty town of Chaclacayo, just outside Lima, Peru.

In this episode, witness the awe-inspiring beauty of the Andean landscapes as we set up camp at our highest elevation ever. As we bid farewell to our beloved Jeep Gladiator, parked amidst the dusty streets of Chaclacayo, the realization hits us: it's time to leave our only home behind. The dusty town serves as a stark contrast to the beautiful mountainous terrain we've grown accustomed to.

Watch as we navigate the insane traffic in Lima, Peru, and share some of our thoughts regarding what we experienced. Go through the process with us in Chaclacayo as we prepare for our flight back to the United States, where a new chapter awaits.

We’re Eric + Brittany + Caspian Highland, and we’re driving around the world! We left the United States in October 2021 and have been exploring South America since November 2022. Over 10-15 years total, we intend to drive across all six habitable continents. We started traveling full-time in February 2014 and have never looked back.
