The Realtors Association of Edmonton expects a 1.3 per cent rise in housing prices in 2026. This comes as the Conference Board of Canada predicts that rising home prices will slow down the city's population growth. As CBC's Travis McEwan reports, some city councilors don't see the potential slow down as a bad thing.
