Recently, the town of Oxford have started to experience an influx of more residents looking to move in. The town clearly does not have the infrastructure to support such a change and is moving a rapid pace to keep up. However rent has risen tremendously and many long time residents are being forced to move out. This problem is not just in Oxford but the town may serve as an example for other towns across the nation.
