Описание: See aerial video of the New River Gorge Bridge in WV. If you ever pass through Beckley or Fayetteville, WV, it's worth a visit. It opened in 1977. This bridge reduced a 45 minute crossing of New River into a 45 second crossing. 70% of the $37mil to build it was paid for by the federal government. This was a huge project in 1974 when it started. When it opened it was the longest single span bridge in the world, and the highest road bridge in the world.
