This is also additional to the rep tokens u can buy off the vendors during the week of timewalking. Not all rep is available thru the tokens so that may be the case with the bonus rep kills as well but all major rep will be included .

Edit : I checked it for myself and the rep that cant be obtained thru the tokens does apply to the bonus so definitely a good time to go after those harder to get reps like ogrila.
