Winter palette colours VS Autumn - after House of Colour personal analysis

Описание: Watch what happens when I go from Autumn to Winter in my House of Colour palette ❄️ Simply by adjusting my makeup colours to cooler undertones, wearing silver jewellery and a contrasting top, I have a stronger look. What do you think? Do you find yourself drifting towards either of these for yourself?

My makeup in the Winter palette is the House of Colour lippie in shade 027 paired with the Make Up For Ever waterproof lipliner in 8C. The blush is HOC mineral blush in 034 and oil-free liquid foundation in Beige Porcelein.

The Autumn side makeup is similar but I just switched the lippie to Lisa Eldridge Velvet lipstick in Intrigue (same lipliner shade) and a The Body Shop blush in a peach shade called Truffle.

Admittedly, I do still like the nude tones, but I feel like I get a little bit drowned out. These colours would suit a HOC Autumn person so much better! I could make it work better for me by adding more bronzer or a heavier eye makeup. (I find a nude lip on me is much better with a Smokey eye - in other words, some contrast in the makeup, which mimics the look of sharply contrasting colours that suit a HOC Winter).
