Noticeable Perks
-Focus Fire - Slower Rate of fire when aiming down sights/ increased damage
-Hip Fire - Bonus accuracy when firing from the hip
-Linch Bane - Chance to disorient Hive Wizards

Seems to be useful in that aspect as well, also comes packed with Solar Damage!

Story:
