Plot Summary
Levon Cade (Jason Statham), a former Royal Marine Commando haunted by a brutal past, now lives a quiet life as a construction foreman in Chicago. Still reeling from his wife’s suicide, he fights a bitter legal battle to gain custody of his daughter, Merry, who now lives with his hostile father-in-law, Dr. Jordan Roth.
Levon’s only solace is his bond with the Garcia family—his employers and closest friends. But that peace shatters when Jenny, the Garcias' teenage daughter, is kidnapped by Russian human traffickers. With the police out of leads, her desperate parents beg Levon for help. Initially refusing to return to violence, Levon is pushed to act by a blind ex-Marine Raider named Gunny (David Harbour), who reminds him that doing nothing isn't an option.
What follows is a ruthless hunt through the city’s criminal underbelly. Levon uncovers a trafficking ring run by the Russian mafia—headed by the cold-blooded Symon Kharchenko and his sadistic sons. With brutal precision, Levon dismantles the syndicate from within, using DEA contacts and lethal combat skills honed in war. But when the mafia retaliates by targeting Levon's daughter, the fight becomes deeply personal.
The film hurtles toward a bloody climax as Levon storms the mafia’s stronghold, leaving a trail of bodies and bullets in his wake. In a final showdown, he rescues Jenny and outmaneuvers the entire Russian underworld. Even Symon’s own boss refuses to back him, knowing Levon is a force too dangerous to contain.
In the end, Levon brings Jenny home, protects his family, and sits down to dinner with Merry and Gunny—forever changed, but never broken.
