👉 Recipe Steps:
Take 2 chopped Amla, ½ chopped tomato, jeera, pepper, green chilli, and 1 spoon rasam powder.
Add all ingredients to a mixer jar and grind into a smooth paste.
Heat a pan with cooking oil.
Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, and crushed garlic.
Add turmeric powder and ½ chopped tomato. Sauté well.
Add the ground Amla mixture to the pan.
Add salt as per taste and a little jaggery to balance the flavour.
Fry until the raw smell goes away.
Add enough water and adjust the consistency.
Bring to a boil and finish with fresh coriander leaves.
