This standard engine has 280 Horsepower and 332 Lb-ft of torque on regular gasoline and upgrades to 5,000 lbs towing capacity. It's a brand new inline six cylinder engine paired with an 8-speed transmission. All this fun comes at no extra expense to fuel as it's rated at 25 MPG combined.
The initial take off has a little different feel that other Mazda vehicles because there is an electric motor between the engine and transmission. This helps fuel economy and design providing a better overall experience.
