A friend of mine and I paddled the most beautiful section of the river Isar from Wallgau to Vorderriss. This section is called Little Canada and reminds nature lovers of the wild beauty of Canada.
This section is unraftable for almost 10 month a year due to low water and we took the opportunity to paddle those 13 kilometers on a beautiful summer day in June. Water level was 65cm or 17m2/s at Rißbachdüker.
