TACO SOUP RECIPE
2 cups freeze dried (FD) ground beef (1 lb of fresh)
2 tbsp FD onion
1/3 cup FD green peppers
1 tsp FD minced garlic
salt & pepper to taste
3 (14.5 oz) cans of Mexican stewed tomatoes
3 cups FD black or red beans
2 cups FD corn
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 taco seasoning packet
1 ranch dressing seasoning packet
4 cups water (add more as needed)
Cheddar cheese & sour cream
Put all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to
boil and simmer until the beans are soft
(about 30-40 minutes)
