Meet Sh. Himanshu Gupta, a 2012 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre, and Secretary of CBSE. Mr. Gupta brings a distinguished educational background, having completed his schooling at Shivalik Doon School and Kundan Vidya Mandir Civil Lines with honors, followed by an engineering degree from IIT Delhi. His illustrious career has seen him hold pivotal positions, marked by remarkable contributions. Notable achievements include the establishment of the first Citizen Facilitation Center during his tenure as SDM in Najafgarh, Delhi, and the enhancement of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Tissa, along with the establishment of mobile network connectivity in the insurgency-prone NSCN district during his service as Deputy Commissioner in Longding District, Arunachal Pradesh.
