Описание: Grow Well is a partnership between non-profit Grow Cardiff and the NHS. Grow Cardiff supports people across Cardiff to create and sustain community gardens. Grow Well has community gardens adjacent to GP surgeries across Cardiff to support people's wellbeing in a gardening environment. This film features the garden adjacent to the GP surgery in Grangetown. They are one of our Community Management Awardees for 2026.
