Noor Ahmad Noor has been appointed as the Chargé D’Affaires at Afghanistan’s embassy in New Delhi. The Indian government accepted his appointment following discussions between Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar and Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi. Noor previously served as Director General of the First Political Department in Kabul.
