Yes, there is, it's just much much less than that on supports/frontliners.
PC only: steps to learn a champion:
1- Find a recent video guide on YT, if there isn't, you can try a text guide as long as it's from the same year.
2- Most of the time you won't find the above, so go ahead and check some grandmasters names, then go on sites like paladins.guru and start searching their last 4 days history for a 15min+ match that has them playing the champion you want to learn, get that match ID, then use /replay matchID and watch it, get their loadouts, see if they're using the same loadout every time or if they have it map dependent.
You cannot replay a match if its more than 4 days old.
Here are some guru profiles that I have bookmarked for a good reason:

Alex is impossibly good at the game, you most likely will be spending your time in shock at how insanely good he is.

There isn't any better source for good positioning on any map than mutu, on any champion he plays, you can learn a lot just by spectating his matches.
You can also look up Kcruncy if you want to.
For supports

Bones is active on the official discord, if you find him online try asking him about whatever support you want.
He's a better source of support info than any content creator out there.
Grandmaster Skye only player:

imagine how much flak you'd get for running Skye at higher elo, now imagine reaching grandmaster just by playing Skye.
must take some insane dedication right?.
go to his match history, check the team compositions, check his talent choice, that's a good Skye player.
