After doing this, I’m almost 100% sure it can’t be soloed, because the portals reopen so quickly after being closed.

It took 40 minutes to do it because I started solo, If you got a 2man group from the start you should be able to do it in less than 20 mins.

The trick to doing this as a 2-man group is to constantly move between the portals.
It’s important to bring them “down” at the same time, because if one gets too low, two things can happen:
1) You end up closing it, and it will most likely be reopened.
2)You choose not to fly to it to avoid closing it, and then it resets.

In this video, I spend between 10 and 15 seconds at each spot. You can experiment — maybe it’s possible to stay a little longer at each one.

Split the portals between you: one takes the two northern ones, and the other takes the two southern ones.

When you close the portals, it’s still important to fly back to the first one you each closed, to stop it from reopening.
