IVF success tips | How I got pregnant with IVF!

Описание: Hey loves, I finally sat down to discuss the things I did during my second IVF cycle! Here, I give a detailed list of everything I did that I believe helped me have a successful IVF cycle! I hope these tips help you! I also linked videos as well if you want to find out more information about certain items I discussed!

Here is a complete list of supplements I took (I forgot to mention the prenatal vitamin in the video)

Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc Blend
1000-3000 mg Vitamin C
2000 iu Vitamin D
400 iu Vitamin E
1000 mg Fish Oil
Ubiquinol 400mg
DHEA 75 mg
Vegetarian Prenatal Vitamin

I also did the human growth hormone (hgh) Omnitrope in my 2nd IVF cycle but I do not think the additional injection made a huge difference with my egg/embryo quality.
