Late night cast by soon to be ULM graduate Erik Jansen. His co-host Reg Ninowski had to bail because he was speaking at the first meeting of the newly founded Lagway chapter of the anti-academic society society (A.A.S.S.). And as of a result of being alone in the studio and possibly in the whole Archaic Media faculty building after 11pm, we will gently say, Erik was feeling morose and particularly neurotic as he worked languidly on the evening broadcast in spite (or maybe because) of the liminal, hypnagogic, and/or nascent quality of this season in his life. From a window view, it was just pretty pathetic lmao.

Context: Lagway is a city in the upper Thumb region of Michigan, located on the shore of Lake Huron, directly north of Detroit, with a population of 920,000. It follows the pattern of other Great Lakes cities with a dense urban core with high rises along the waterfront, surrounded by sprawling suburbs. Like many Rust Belt cities, Lagway is in the process of significant revitalization and economic regearing post 1970s.
