As you watch me playing a video I'm creating it for the first time. I'm an improvisational artist and teach in video lessons to let you take yourself to any level you desire. As Key board clark or Tim Clark I have spent years in creating a way of playing that takes the work out of the process and adds freedom of expression. By just hitting two notes on any keyboard my inner self simply takes over and produces a song without mistakes. I have to record every thing that I play or freestyle. I used to write a song and play it over and over until I got it as I thought it had to be. Every key every note every progression had to be remembered in order to entertain. I now take the recordings that I have freestyled and write the score of them add title and have them to read when asked about songs. I have found that by making myself not remember what I have played opened up a whole world greater than anyone could imagine. By freeing my mind from distraction or any kind of process freed me to create songs out of the blue with harmonics I had never thought would go together. A variance of discord is tremendously fantastic as you distribute it into the combination of between 6 to 10 notes at a time. Example 10 figures, 10 notes, with 2 to 3 discord harmonics changing continuously is magical. What I'm getting at is that if I had not tried to remember and continued to just combine the harmonics of the keys it would have saved me years of learning time. In teaching in the key board clark lessons playlist I show the way I learned with out having to remember very much theory. I take the freestyle videos or jams and score those that I want to release into albums or singles, and write the score from what I played and submit them to be published and released. I feel that we all have this gift, but we don't know it because it is very hard to understand when you are approaching it in the wrong direction. I've taught a lot of individuals the process and they are good musicians. The best part of being me is to freestyle a tune, and have anyone listening say it is fantastic. However I have to hear the recording before I really really feel it's worth. It's funny but I, do just that. I sit back turn on the recorder and enjoy the music.
