"During this visit of the inspection team they asked to interview me alone. I apologised and I asked to have an interview in the presence of one of our Iraqi team and the interview went on. It was very objective, the discussion was very friendly and the question was mainly about what has been done, any progress that has been achieved in Iraq after 1998 until now. And I explained to them all that I know, that in fact we have nothing to hide."

STORYLINE:
An Iraqi nuclear scientist told UN weapons inspectors on Tuesday that Iraq had nothing to hide.
Dr. Sabah Abdul Al-Nour, a lecturer at Baghdad's Technology University, said the inspection team asked to interview him alone but he refused, requesting a member of the Iraqi team be present.
He said the inspectors wanted to know what equipment the university had and how it was used.
The UN team also made an inspection of the university.
The United States and Britain have threatened to invade Iraq unless it cooperates fully with the UN inspection commission and eliminates its weapons of mass destruction.
