We experienced many problems with DakkapelDirect due to the lack of their professionalism. I was explaining few of them in this video.
I had a lot of problems with Dakkapel Direct. Most problematic was airco (air conditioner) it is not yet resolved. I have paid 2500 euros for it.
They tried to fix it, they could not now (after 6 months) they are saying room became bigger. I do not understand how room can become bigger. I clearly asked them, is the airco sufficient for the room. I told them I keep single room.

Most annoying thing is, reaching them is extremely difficult. They will take phone number and email and they will say they contact me that never happens.
