Do you know what is Incoloy 800H?
Incoloy 800H is also called UNS N08810 or W.Nr. 1.4958. It is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. Incoloy 800H is a solid solution strengthened alloy. It has good comprehensive properties.
Incoloy 800H has certain oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Its strength and plasticity have a good balance. At the same time, its high temperature durability and instantaneous performance are also guaranteed.
Incoloy 800H has certain oxidation resistance. It has excellent corrosion resistance to Nitric Acid and Organic Acids. It also resists corrosion to Sulfuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid and Seawater to a certain extent.
Incoloy 800H can be used at temperatures up to 816°C. At high temperatures, it has good Strength & Stability and Resistance to Oxidation, Carburization and Sulfidation. In addition, its resistance to Nitriding, Carbonitriding and Molten Salts at high temperatures is also widely accepted.
Nickel brings high temperature performance and corrosion resistance to the alloy. Chromium gives the alloy good oxidation resistance. The iron content saves costs to a large extent. The strict control of carbon content makes it more stable at high temperatures than Incoloy 800.
Incoloy 800H is widely used in some fields such as Automotive, Chemical Processing, Electrical Resistance, Power Generation and Thermal Processing.
