This is the past year analysis of Business Law paper in BCom (H) for 2025.
There is a correction to answer of Question 1(d).
Mr A cannot recover money.
Restitution under void contract as per section 65 is not applicable in case of illegal agreement.
Since the agreement is void on illegal (immoral ground) , restitution under section 65 is not applicable.
It will be applicable for void agreements but not on agreements becoming void due to illegality.
This is the correction needed in the video
