A section of opposition politicians who recently met the President have said they will continue to work with him to advance their commitment to ensuring national dialogue and reconciliation as a way of bringing harmony to Ugandans.
The two politicians say that the defection of Mawokota South MP Yusuf Nsibambi, with whom they attended a meeting with President Museveni, to the National Resistance Movement party will not stop them from pursuing what they believe is right for the country.
They spoke to the media, led by Latif Ssebaggala, and added that the leadership of their platform, the Dialogue for Peace and Reconciliation, can be handled interchangeably.
