In this video Kalikaiz plays Pauper Petal Festival, the original deck that the High Tide combo decks were based on! This deck looks to play arcane draw spells like Peer Through Depths and Ideas Unbound combined with Psychic Puppetry to draw tons of cards while untapping a land and making mana. We want to enchant a land like Simic Growth Chamber with a Market Festival, which taps for UUUG and makes mana as we go off. By adding more enchantments we can make limitless mana and deck our opponent with Stream of Thought.
