Not your typical matte lip, it does have almost a whipped texture and is not drying on the lips, at all, and leaves a nice “stained” look as the lip color wears throughout the day.

My new favorite way to wear them is to apply first to my fingers to muddle the color a bit, and then to tap on to apply. This gives the stained powder colored lip effect while also making your lip color virtually transfer proof.

And the added bonus??? Most colors look great on the cheek so I dab whatever is left on my cheeks for an INSTANT boost of color that ALSO lasts all day!
