► The NHS in England is failing to help more than a million people with eating disorders, according to MPs and campaigners, and lives are being lost or destroyed as a result.

Two reports out today highlight inconsistencies in care with some of those struggling with mental health problems like anorexia and bulimia while many GPs do not have the skills or training to offer proper support.
