Have you tried undulating periodization?
📊This is an approach where instead of training for example strength 3x per week you might train 1x power, 1x strength, 1x hypertrophy.
This is a great approach for building and maintaining multiple fitness qualities.
🗓️ I tend to prioritize setting this up with the power day early in the week (ex: Monday) then strength (Wednesday) then hypertrophy (Friday)
