Did you know that April is Arab American Heritage Month? To celebrate, consider reading a book or two by an Arab author! Here are the books I've read and loved, have on my TBR shelf now, or simply hope to get someday. Which books do you want to read? What books did I miss that you'd recommend? According to Wikipedia, the following 22 countries are Arab: Algeria, Bahrain, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
Note that countries like Afghanistan and Iran are not Arab.
