This is a beautiful dry well setup built with access in mind. The system uses a 24-inch dry well that is 5 feet deep with a 12-inch top, making it possible to access the pipes when needed. These are custom-built dry wells, welded and assembled to match the job.

Robert also explains one of the most important parts of the design: the overflow pipe.

When the dry well becomes completely maxed out, water rises to the overflow line and is redirected out toward the front yard. That means the system has a backup plan instead of allowing water to build up with nowhere to go.
