Dear friends
Hope you are safe and healthy. As anticipated my last episode of beef noodle didn’t achieve the viewership that I was hoping for. I think it’s mainly due to the reason that 60% of the local Chinese who don’t consume beef and therefore it didn’t attract them. Also I noticed the less popular dishes didn’t fare well either. My fear is the trend is heading this way since my future episodes will be based on the less popular dishes since the popular ones are mostly featured. Unless I think of different contents and until the lockdown reopens, my options are limited.
