health and mortality crisis that could derail the reform process
there, according to a report issued on Thursday (6/10) by the U.N.
Children's Fund (UNICEF).

precedent in the european peacetime history of this century. it
signals a societal crisis of unexpected proportions, unknown
implications, and uncertain solutions."

history of europe in this century. there were only limited changes
in terms of mortality during the great depression, or the lost
decade, this in other words is a very major impact. this crisis is
obviously contributing to eroding political support for the
reforms that are underway."
