How to Create an Animated Text Highlight in Premiere Pro

Описание: Here is how to create an animated highlight for your text in Premiere Pro.

Step 1:
Select the rectangle tool from the toolbar.

Step 2:
Click and draw a rectangle to completely cover your text layer.

Step 3:
Go to the properties panel and modify the rectangle's fill color to your desired highlight color.

Step 4:
Navigate to the effect controls panel and find the crop effect.

Step 5:
Click the stopwatch icon next to "Right Crop" to set a starting keyframe.

Step 6:
Increase the right crop value until the color rectangle completely disappears from view.

Step 7:
Expand the opacity section in the effect controls.

Step 8:
Find the blend mode option and select "Multiply" from the dropdown menu.

Step 9:
Move your timeline playhead forward a few seconds to where you want the highlight to end.

Step 10:
Decrease the right crop value back to zero. This will create the animated reveal of your text highlight.
