For many people 2020 has been a challenge and for some the “holiday times” compound those challenges. We are setting aside this Sunday, “Worldwide Candle Lighting Sunday,” to honor the people and experiences of our lives with a special ceremony. According to the HeartMath Institute, “We are at the dawn of recognizing Love as the new transformational intelligence.” As we make heart connections, we build new neural pathways that express in our lives as healthy, loving habits. By honoring all of life that has brought us to this moment, we emerge as catalysts for a new, kinder, more loving and inclusive world.
