Brian provided an overview of WellLink, detailing its mission to connect healthcare decision-makers and its historical contributions to the healthcare sector. He highlighted WellLink's representation of over 37 core facilities and its significant impact on job creation in Ohio, resulting in over 277 jobs with competitive salaries. He also introduced Daniel Lettenberger-Klein, who will lead community programming efforts within the organization.
Brian addressed the critical issue of poverty in Cleveland and their launch of the SDOH Innovation Hub to tackle social determinants of health. He discussed the role of the group purchasing organization and other ways to partner with WellLink. He touched on his involvement with Cleveland Leadership Center and encouraged participants to get involved as well. He concluded with insights on the rebranding of the Center for Health Affairs to WellLink, aiming to unify initiatives and expand its national reach.
