The Greater Cleveland Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will host a community wellness event to bring awareness to and promote the adoption of healthy life styes. The event will be held in the heart of the community at the Friendly Inn 2386 Unwin Road, on Saturday, November 2nd from 11am to 2pm. The event is free and open to the public. The focus of the event is to promote exercise and provide wellness resources to those in the community. The goal is to educate participants around creating a healthy physical and mental life plan.
There will be free health screenings, yoga, meditation, basic self-defense methods and line dancing.
