Jersey Jerks Part #2

Описание: This SHORT, shot using an Apple iPod Touch, features video shot during the Sunday edition of Power in the Pines, which was a VERY windy day. This clip showcases the second of five clips of the Jersey Jerks. I've also included a link to the original video, found in the Related Video section; that video's description has been copied below.

The Jersey Jerks flew a three-ship formation display over JB MDL during the weekend airshow - this display features Saturday's formation flight featuring Buzz Cortese, Gavin Nagle, and John "Pico" Mazure and John Tremple in the gray SNJ. Kevin Russo was unable to fly due to maintenance issues with his SNJ. Sunday's flight with the extreme winds had the Jerks taking off from Taxiway Lima for their performance before flying to Ocean County Airport following the conclusion of their display.

Note that the winds had kicked up for both Saturday and Sunday, which were too high for a jump to take place with the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion on Saturday and the Wings of Blue on Sunday. Much of the video from both days isn't the steadiest as I fought the winds valiantly. Finally, the video (except for the Thunderbirds) was shot from the outer edge of the aerobatic box, which was done with prior approval from the Airboss and the FAA.

The 2025 JB MDL "Power in the Pines" Open House & Air Show took place at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (on the McGuire side of the Joint Base), located near Wrightstown, New Jersey from May 17-18, 2025. The video here was shot on Sunday May 18, 2025.

The rate applies only to music broadcast over the public address system during the public air show portion of the program (not practice/rehearsal/closed to the public days) and does not provide the air show with the right to use pre-recorded music at concerts or other non-air show special events held in conjunction with the air show.
