It is the life force that makes the grass grow, the flowers bloom, and reproduction occurs.

This is the Feminine - she makes everything happen.

There is also a field of awareness, a consciousness that is witnessing life happen.

We cannot experience life without consciousness.

In this work - practice is expanding our capacity for both - we can then experience life in a broadened, more expansive way.

The divine is made of energy (love) and consciousness. These powers created than ourselves are what allow us to transcend and transmute aspects of our humanity that are patterned and defensive or closed.

Anything. not from love or consciousness is a pattern. We didn't ask for it - we are often given there

Practice puts us deeper in touch with love and consciousness which allows us to transcend our pattern which allows us to become more love and consciousness.
