Pregnancy and delivery cost are almost free in canada.Most of them are covered by OHIP except parking which we paid 120 dollar.OHIP also includes free semi private room after delivery.
However private room is not included in OHIP which may cost around 280-300 dollar.
But if you have insurance from work it can cover upto 90 % of the cost.so we upgraded our room to a private room and just paid $30
