This 15 minute flow targets your shoulder muscles through lots of dolphins to build shoulder strength and endurance. This would be a great class if you're working on arm balances and inversions. Expect a good shoulder burn at the end of this video. Remember to modify the workout accordingly and enjoy!

This video is part of my Dynamic 15 series. In this series. there are 5 videos, each focusing on different areas - Full Body, Core, Shoulders, Arms and Legs.
My objective for this series is to share a few quick and sweaty workouts with you. Excellent for those looking to work up a quick sweat amidst your busy lives. It is fast-paced with repetitive movements to challenge your physical and mental endurance. As each workout only takes 15 minutes, you can combine 2 or 3 other workouts in this series to work on other areas of your choice! Feel free to modify or take a rest when you need to. If you can't complete the exercises this time round, don't give up and keep pushing yourself! This is definitely going to be challenging but I promise it would be worth your time and you would be stronger.
