Even though you may consciously know it's not true, something in your past templated this belief in you and then throughout your life the belief was reinforced––the subconscious mind is always trying to prove itself right.
In this nurturing meditation, you will not only discover where in your body you hold the core belief, but you will also visit the memory that imprinted that belief into your subconscious mind. As you connect to that innocent version of you, I will gently guide you to heal and reintegrate him/her.
