I had the incredible opportunity of taking a lesson with Nick Aracic from Intuitive Tennis this past week. As fans of his channel know, Nick has the superb capability of not just identifying technical areas for improvement and what a player's strokes should look like, but also how to guide students to this end state. In addition, he is extremely personable and made the lesson very enjoyable. For those interested in improving their game, I highly recommend checking out the exceptional content on his channel ( / intuitivetennis ) - and if you're ever in the southern Florida area, consider taking a lesson from one of the best instructors out there.
Please note that this vid was just collected by my cell camera and is not affiliated with Nick or his much more polished video content (although he did give permission to record and post).
For those asking, I'm a 48 year old that started playing tennis again a few years ago after a 20+ year hiatus. I currently play at a recreational level, and am hoping to get back to competing in the future. This lesson helped lay out my improvement plan for the coming months.
