ECC Online Forms: PEMAPS

Описание: This video will give you an idea on how to answer the Project Environmental Monitoring and Audit Prioritization Scheme (PEMAPS) for your ECC Online Application.

Important Reminders:
1. Your ECC application is subject to review and evaluation by an EMB Casehandler, you should always follow their instructions based on the evaluation report they will provide on how to properly accomplish the forms and comply the requirements of your application.
2. All information declared in the PEMAPS must be consistent with the information on all the other online forms (e.g., IEE Checklist, Project Fact Sheet).
3. Information in the PEMAPS must also conform with the supporting documents such as Project Layout, Land Title, Zoning, etc.
