So who thought the NHL playoffs and summer would be a thing? Well It sure is in 2020 with the round robin games scheduled for August 1, 2020. So in celebration of this event, I’m sharing 3 different cocktail recipes using the Pink Whitney by Ryan Whitney and New Amsterdam Vodka.

1. Whitney Collins - 00:49
1 1/2 oz of Pink Whitney
3 oz of club soda
1 oz of lemon juice
3/4 oz of simple syrup
2. Pink Basil Smash - 01:43
1 oz of Pink Whitney
2 oz of Strawberry Peach juice (you can also try grapefruit, passionfruit or lychee juice)
3/4 oz of Limoncello liqueur
Handful of fresh strawberries
3 to 5 leaves of basil
Basil for garnish
Optional top it off with some procescco if you want a little spritz
3. Whitney’s Melons - 03:16
Fresh watermelon or watermelon juice
1 1/2 ounces+ of Pink Whitney
3/4 oz of lime juice
1 ounce of St. Germain
Mint for garnish
