Here's a rather long edit of our most recent trip to Blue Mountain Resort. We rode a good amount of the trails they have to offer but missed a few of the harder ones. My bike didn't hold up so well this time and my bottom bracket was destroyed along with my cranks. I wouldn't recommend bringing a bike this mediocre to a downhill park. While I had fun, the bike just isn't made for it.
No, I'm not that great, and I don't pretend to be. You'll see cased landings and there will be berms I don't fly around. You won't find perfect riding here.
If you have a Lava Dome or are considering one, it's good for your local singletrack with mild rock gardens, jumps, and drops, but it can't handle the bigger and faster stuff found at a bike park. The brakes were also very lacking.
