I was delighted to find an Injeolmi version of the Pandoro (5,000 Won) in which Korean rice cake powder is sprinkled and piled on top to resemble a snow-capped mountain.
This accentuates the ‘Korean-ness’ of the bake, and it was a delightful pastry that was not too sweet and fluffy enough.
