The supremely talented David Thomas Broughton asked me to make a video for his latest album "outbreeding". I wanted to capture the beautifully organised chaos of David's live shows, and saw him as a drunken lion tamer - a man of energy and charisma but massively self destructive flaws.
The music video quickly escalated into the short film "The Fallen Trapeze" (which should be released soon) in which David's drunken anti hero saves the day.
