If you're following this walkthrough in New Game+, you won't get the "Archivist" trophy unless you've collected the "Cryptic Letter", which can only be found in New Game+ in South Vale (West), inside the safe at Bowl-O-Rama (Code: 1887). This replaces the Lost & Found Note in Lakeview Hotel, which disappears in New Game+. Therefore, you'll need to collect the Cryptic Letter to unlock the Archivist trophy/achievement for finding all memos in New Game+
