This dish packed with energy, easy to digest, and perfect for a fasting day.
INGREDIENTS :
1. Sabudana 1cup
2. Peanuts 1/2cup
3. Zeera 1/2tsp
4. Oil 1-2tsp
5. Potatoes 1
6. Green chili 3/4
7. Curry leaves 3/5
8. Coriander leaves
MAKING PROCESS :
First to sock sabudana into water for 2 hours.
Then, potatoes cut into small pieces.
Dry roast peanuts and peel them and grind it on pulse mode not much powder.
Chopped the chili and coriander leaves.
[This are once ready then go to cook it]
Take pan pour oil, when it heat add zeera, chili and curry leaves.
After, add potatoes mixed and toss them well.
Add sabudana and with peanuts (roughly grind)
Mixed well until color has to change.
Lastly garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve it and enjoy it.
